Each Made-to-Order piece is created especially for you, with time and care given to every detail. Before placing your order, we kindly invite you to take a moment to read the notes below.
Beginning Your Piece
Once full payment has been received and confirmed, our atelier will begin preparing your piece.
A Little Time to Create
Your Made-to-Order piece will take approximately 45–60 days to complete, beginning from the date of payment confirmation. As each piece is made especially for you, we kindly ask for your patience while we bring it to life.
Finding Your Perfect Fit
Should you wish to request a size exchange or alteration, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your piece. Our team will be happy to assist you.
Made Especially for You
As your piece is created especially for your order, all Made-to-Order purchases are final. We kindly cannot accommodate returns or refunds.
